Position: Employee Relations Advisor
Location: Melbourne (CBD) – Flexible WFH Options
Contract: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Work Type: Full-time or Part-time


The Role
Take full ownership of employee relations in an established logistics organisation! This is your space to support employees, guide managers, and shape a positive, fair workplace culture. Flexible arrangements and part-time options let you work the way that suits you.


Your Role

  • Primary contact for employee relations issues, resolving concerns, disputes, and grievances.

  • Conduct workplace investigations and provide timely, balanced recommendations.

  • Support performance management processes and coaching managers.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies aligned with legislation and best practices.

  • Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on workplace disputes.

  • Maintain accurate records and provide reports on trends, risks, and outcomes.

About you

  • Strong ER and industrial relations knowledge

  • Understanding of Australian employment law

  • Conflict resolution and mediation expertise

  • Performance management and coaching skills
